The seeds we selected adapt to the local climate. They are hardy for Zone 5 and 6. Most varieties have been growing and tested on our farm.

They also breed true. If you want to save your own seeds for next year, open-pollinated or heirloom ones are the best choice. In addition, heirloom seeds have stories, people, histories and cultures behind them, which are very attractive to home gardeners.
