COPENHAGEN MARKET CABBAGE

Copenhagen market cabbage (brassica oleracea var. capitata), open pollination, Non-GMO, annual. 65--75 days. This variety was produced in Denmark and brought to America in 1909. It is a hardy vegetable and produces medium sized, green heads that can be used in any dish. They provide a sweet and delicate flavor.  Appropriate for Zone 5 and 6.

200 seeds/packet.

DIRECT SEEDING: Direct seed April through June. Sow 3 seeds per foot, 1/4" deep, rows 18–36" apart. 

TRANSPLANTING: Start indoors 4-6 weeks before your transplant date. Transplant outdoors 10 -- 24" apart in rows 18 -- 36" apart.
