Red acre cabbage (brassica oleracea var. capitata), heirloom, Non-GMO, annual. 76--100 days. This cabbage produces small, compact plants. Heads are round and reddish-purple, ranging from 5 to 7 inches in diameter, and weighing about 3 pounds. They also add a festival color to the garden as well as to dishes on the table. It is also an excellent storage variety. Appropriate for Zone 5 and 6.
